Shipping & Delivery

Please allow a business day for processing prior to being shipped for Standard shipping. We use Australia Post for Australia orders and DHL for International orders.

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard (Australia) $10 on orders under $99
FREE on orders over $99		 3-8 Business Days
Express (Australia) $15 Upgrade to Express 1-4 Business Days
Rest of the World $30 on all orders 4-8 Business Days

** Delivery times are an estimate only. Excludes order processing times and may be affected by Australia Post, DHL & customs delays.

International Orders

Duties and Taxes for International orders are not included in the total upon checkout. The recipient is responsible for those charges upon delivery.

    Additional Information

    • We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
    • We don’t deliver orders on Sundays or holidays.
    • You will receive an email with the tracking number once the label has been created for your order.
    • Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
    • Orders are unable to be collected from our warehouse.
